Culture Jamming

I like this image because it addresses the issue of fuel emission standards for cars. It applies a sarcastic view of the impact that fuel emissions have on the environment to a typical advertisement found in most magazines.

It appears that the only change that was made to the original advertisements was a replacement of words. I simple alteration has change the entire message of the add.

Project Proposal

We plan on marketing the idea of eating vegetables to be literally cool, this should not be confused with the likes of eating healthy, or going green. We want to, as literally as possible market vegetables as being cool, much like how cigarettes or shoes are marketed. It is meant to be a mostly satirical stance on the age old phrase that parents say to their kids "eat your vegetables".
We would incorporate our vegetable related imagery with imagery of street life as well.
